Metal stamping parts, fine blanking parts and fine blanking technology combine the economy of stamping technology and the high precision of general machining methods. They can replace casting, forging, turning, drilling, grinding and other processes on many occasions.

Fine blanking is developed on the basis of ordinary blanking. Fine blanking can only be born on the soil of ordinary fine blanking.

Blanking is the separation process of stamping process. Like other stamping processes, it has high productivity, high material utilization rate, low energy consumption, low production cost, high product net shape rate (light weight), good strength and stiffness, and is easy to realize automatic production. In the stamping production of sheet gears, machining one by one is obviously inappropriate, with low efficiency, high cost, low quality and instability.

Later, people drilled holes after blanking and reamed the center hole; Then, a mandrel with certain accuracy is used to thread and sleeve the blanks with central hole reamed after multiple blanking according to certain matching requirements for gear hobbing. This processing method still has low efficiency and high cost, and the processing quality can not meet the production requirements.

In production practice, people gradually explore and test repeatedly, trying to find a blanking method that not only has the inherent advantages of blanking process, but also can obtain high quality and high precision of shear plane.

Metal stamping parts, fine blanking parts and fine blanking technology are generally suitable for producing parts with a batch of more than 100000 and medium complexity. The larger the batch, the more the superiority of this process is shown.
