What are the main technological requirements for rack machining? The full name of rack is rack server, which is used to fix the patch panel, shell and equipment in the telecom cabinet. It is usually 19 inches wide and 7 feet high. For the IT industry, it can be simply understood as the cabinet for storing servers. It looks like a switch rather than a computer. It has 1U (1U = 1.75 inches), 2U, 4U and other specifications.

1、 The symmetry, balance and perpendicularity of the frame welding must be ensured, and it shall be made according to the size requirements of the drawing

1. During welding, the welding surface shall be free from defects such as false welding, air hole, slag inclusion, crack, weld bead, burn through, arc pit, undercut, electric welding scratch, incomplete welding and so on. The welding shall be uniform and beautiful;

2. The welded surface shall be free of unevenness;

3. The fuselage surface must be polished and leveled, and the welding slag must be cleaned;

4. After welding, the welding slag must be cleaned inside and the surface must be polished flat and smooth;

5. The production of the guide belt groove must be consistent with the hinge, and the surface shall be flat, without the phenomenon of high and low, one opening and one closing.

2、 The bending of sheet metal parts must be made according to the requirements of the drawing, the ones with arc must be smooth, the bending surface must be flat without concave convex phenomenon, and the dimensional symmetry, parallelism and perpendicularity shall be ensured.

3、 Post weld treatment

1. After welding, the slag spatter on the surface of the weld bead shall be cleaned, the overall size and appearance quality of the weld shall be checked, and the weld shall be repaired if it is uneven.

2. The weld appearance shall be smooth and uniform, and the transition between weld bead and weld bead, weld bead and base metal shall be smooth.

3. For some closed structures, components with multiple welds and long welds, hammering, vibration and other methods shall be used to eliminate the residual stress after welding. If the parts
